DTSluxe – Return & Exchange Policy

At DTSluxe, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every client receives the correct item in perfect condition.

 

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.


Wrong Item Sent

In the rare event that an incorrect item is sent, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. If verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent. Please note:

  • We do not issue monetary refunds.

  • Only a product exchange (swap) will be provided.

  • The returned item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.

DTSluxe reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
