All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, unless stated otherwise.

Processing times may vary during:

  • New collection launches

  • High-demand periods

  • Public holidays

  • Promotional events

If there is any delay beyond 48 hours, customers will be notified.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on location:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation message

  • Tracking details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be communicated before order confirmation. DTSluxe reserves the right to adjust shipping fees without prior notice.

 

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Refusal to receive the order

The customer may be responsible for additional re-delivery charges.
