DTSLUXE operates as an independent reseller of authentic luxury and streetwear products.

We are not an authorized distributor, partner, or affiliate of any brand listed or featured.

All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective brand owners and are used strictly for identification purposes only.

All merchandise is sourced from official brand retailers or verified authorized sellers.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed before order processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or via official payment instructions.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within [24–72 hours].
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
DTSluxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of luxury fashion:

Items may only be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
No refunds on sale or discounted items (unless defective).

DTSluxe reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our return conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with DTSluxe, including:

Logos
Images
Branding
Product photography
Marketing materials

are the intellectual property of DTSluxe and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent payment activity
Abuse staff or representatives
Misuse brand content or impersonate DTSluxe

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

DTSluxe shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by third-party services
Misuse of purchased products

All purchases are made at the customer’s discretion.

9. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
